Payment Terms
50% Deposit: Due upon confirmation of services.
Balance Payment: Due upon completion of services.
Terms and Conditions
Quoted Pricing: Pricing is based on the agreed scope of services, including session duration and deliverables. Additional travel expenses may apply for locations outside the specified areas.
Deliverables: The number of edited photos provided will depend on the package booked. Additional edits beyond the agreed amount can be requested at a rate of $10-$20 per image.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the session will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the session are non-refundable.
Reimbursement for Expenses: Any additional purchases (e.g., travel expenses, accommodation, or equipment rentals) made in advance will be reimbursed by the client in the event of cancellation.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, health emergencies) must be submitted in writing and are subject to photographer availability.
Travel and Accommodations:
Travel fees apply for bookings requiring travel outside of the specified service area.
For bookings longer than 5 hours or requiring travel, the client is responsible for reimbursing travel fees, accommodations, and meals unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Image Copyright and Usage Rights:
The photographer retains full copyright to all images.
Clients are granted non-exclusive rights for personal, promotional, or commercial use based on the agreed terms. Additional usage rights (e.g., exclusivity or transfer of ownership) may be negotiated for an additional fee.
Delivery of Photos: Edited photos are typically delivered within 7 business days of the session in high-resolution digital format. Physical prints or alternative formats are available at an additional cost.
Photo Selection and Editing:
The photographer will select and edit the best images for delivery.
Requests for specific edits or selections may be considered, but the final decision lies with the photographer.
The client agrees not to alter or modify the images (e.g., applying filters, cropping) without prior permission from the photographer.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Limitation of Liability: In the rare event of loss or damage to photos due to circumstances beyond the photographer’s control, liability will be limited to a full refund of payments received.
Archiving: The photographer will retain copies of the images for up to one week after delivery. After this period, the photographer is not responsible for storing or archiving the images unless otherwise agreed upon.
Model Release: Unless specified otherwise in writing, the client grants the photographer permission to use images for portfolio, marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.
Client Responsibilities: The client must provide the photographer with necessary access and permissions to perform the services. The photographer is not responsible for missed moments due to restricted access or lack of cooperation from the client or attendees.
Overtime Charges: If the session extends beyond the agreed duration, additional time will be billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate, rounded to the nearest half-hour.
