Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Redemption:
Gift cards are redeemable exclusively for photography services offered by Sonder Vizuals.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase additional gift cards, or combined with other promotions or discounts.
Validity:
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
After the expiration date, the gift card will no longer be valid, and unused balances cannot be refunded or credited.
Transferability:
Gift cards are transferable and can be given to friends or family for use.
Booking Requirements:
Gift card recipients must contact Sonder Vizuals at sondervizuals@gmail.com to schedule their photoshoot.
Bookings are subject to photographer availability. Advance scheduling is recommended to secure the desired date and time.
Service Scope:
The gift card covers the specific package or dollar value purchased.
Additional services, upgrades, or edits beyond the package's inclusions may be purchased at an additional cost.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Failure to notify within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the gift card's value for that booking.
No Refunds:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Travel Fees:
Travel fees may apply for sessions outside the Washington DC Metro Area and must be paid by the recipient at the time of booking.
Liability:
Sonder Vizuals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
Copyright:
All images captured during the photoshoot remain the property of Sonder Vizuals. Recipients agree to the standard usage and copyright terms provided at the time of service.
Modifications:
Sonder Vizuals reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
